I tried this on a campout a couple weeks ago and it was pretty good. Made it in a 12 inch dutch oven

Baked Pancake

1 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups pancake mix ( not the complete mix where you just add water )
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tsp oil

Melt one stick of butter in the bottom of the dutch oven. Stir in the 1/2 cup of brown sugar and the 1 1/4 cup maple syrup.

In a separate bowl mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and oil and pour over the syrup mixture.

Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes or until the pancake batter is set and done.

Made for a pretty decent breakfast in camp...

Ooops sorry about that.

I baked it at 350. Had 9 coals on the bottom and about 16-17 on the lid

You're Welcome! I made it for our Dutch oven group on a campout in June and it seemed to be a hit with them.
